Terms 1. PRICE AND TERMS OF SALES:
Published price lists are subject to change without notification. A dealer resale tax exempt number must be on files or applicable state sales tax will be added to invoice.
2. PAYMENT TERMS:
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Net terms and COD payments are available based on approval . We charge $20 for any returned check. LCS,INC reserves the right to refuse or revoke credit. Customers will be notified in writing if terms are refused or cancelled.
3. Advance Exchange Program:
Some of our remanufactured fuser assembly and maintenance kit are being sold based on our “Advance Exchange Program” , which means buyers are expected to return a similar defective unit within 15 days after the date of sale. For detail information on how our Advance Exchange Program works,
4. WARRANTY:
Products carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise specified. If a warranty situation exists, contact LCS,INC for a return authorization number. LCS,INC will not warranty any OEM products. The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from the use or inability to use MCU,INC products. If a part is returned because of non-defective reasons and are not at MCU,INC's fault, a 15%(or $20 minimum) restocking fee (whichever is higher) will apply.
5. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:
If the LCS,INC products is proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy, at LCS,INC's option, shall be refunded at the purchase price of or to repair the defective LCS,INC products only.
6. MINIMUM ORDER:
$40.00 minimum on each order. Order under minimum will surcharge $5.00, no exceptions.
7. PRIVACY POLICY:
We will never share, exchange or sell any information about our customers to any third party under any circumstances. We use these information only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders. LCS,INC is committed to protecting our customers' privacy. It is our pledge and guarantee
